1. Chat & Communication

1.1 No Advertising

Advertising other Minecraft servers, domains, Discord communities, or services is strictly prohibited. [Mute → Ban]

1.2 No Spamming or Flooding

Repeated messages, excessive caps, or disruptive chat behavior is not allowed. [Warn → Mute]

1.3 Respectful Communication

Racism, discrimination, threats, harassment, or targeted toxicity toward any player is strictly forbidden. [Mute → Ban]

1.4 Appropriate Usernames

Usernames must not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content. [Ban]

1.5 No Impersonation

Pretending to be staff or other players is prohibited. [Mute → Ban]

1.6 No NSFW / NSFL Content

Sexually explicit or disturbing content is strictly forbidden. [Mute → Ban]

1.7 Language Policy

Public chat must remain in English. [Warn → Mute]

1.8 Privacy & Doxxing

Sharing personal information without consent is prohibited. [Permanent Ban]

1.9 Public Drama

Avoid unnecessary conflicts in global chat. [Warn → Mute]

2. Gameplay Rules

2.1 No Cheating

Hacked clients, duping, exploit abuse, or unfair modifications are forbidden. [Permanent Ban]

2.2 Bug Reporting

Report bugs immediately. Exploiting them will result in punishment. [Ban + Reset]

2.3 PvP Policy

PvP is allowed. Excessive targeting, spawn killing, or mechanic abuse is not allowed. [Warn → Ban]
(Note: A player may not attack or damage another player until 15 seconds have passed since that player teleported.)
2.4 No Griefing or Stealing
Griefing any build that you did not make, regardless of whether it is claimed or not, is not allowed. [Ban 3-14d]

2.5 Economy Integrity
Exploiting player shops, ranks, crates, or trading systems is strictly forbidden. [Ban + Reset]
2.6 Redstone & Lag Prevention
Lag-causing builds may be removed without compensation. [Removal → Ban]
2.7 Environmental Responsibility
Extreme landscape destruction that harms performance may be restricted. [Warn → Removal → Ban]
2.8 AFK Farming
AFK systems that negatively impact performance may be limited. [Warn → Removal → Ban]

2.9 Gambling
Any form of gambling that affects other players or operates in public areas is strictly prohibited. [ Ban 1-7d → Permanent Ban]

3. Account & Server Policies

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account. [No Reversal]

3.2 Multi-Accounting

Using alternate accounts to bypass restrictions is prohibited. [Permanent Ban]

3.3 Ban Evasion

Attempting to evade punishments may result in permanent exclusion. [Permanent Ban]

3.4 No Real-Money Trading

Trading in-game items for real currency outside the official store is forbidden. [Permanent Ban]

3.5 Staff Authority

Staff instructions must be followed. [Warn → Ban]

3.6 False Reports

Submitting false reports may result in punishment. [Warn → Ban]

3.7 Account Sharing

Selling or sharing your account is strongly prohibited.  [Ban FOREVER + Account reset]
[Accounts shared before 2/14/2026 are safe, It's not your fault.]

3.8 Downloading server content.
The use of any modification, third-party client, tool, or software to copy, download, extract, or otherwise save server content (including but not limited to builds, maps, schematics, world data, or other server assets) without explicit permission from management is strictly prohibited.
